College of the Canyons is one of the leading community colleges in California, offering a wide array of degree and certificate programs, in addition to career technical education.  Other private educational opportunities are listed here as well.

A wide variety of businesses in the Santa Clarita Valley are ready to hire veterans, ranging from entry-level jobs to those requiring more advanced technical skills.

Do you need assistance buying a home or making another large purchase?  We can connect you with credit unions that can help with financing, as well as provide connections to qualified financial counselors.

We provide trusted resources, whether you need permanent housing, need the help of an experienced real estate agent to sell a present home, or are facing an eviction.  We are here to help

The Santa Clarita Veteran Services Collaborative has also partnered with our local media, including the Signal Newspaper, KHTS AM-1220, the Magazine of Santa Clarita, and others.

Transportation to anywhere in the thirteen western states for emergencies or medical assistance, at no cost to veterans, provided by Angel Flight.

In this section of "Veteran Services" can be found the names of veterans who have volunteered to be available for mentoring to veterans, active military, and their families in need of assistance in the many areas of transition to civilian life.

Through this service of the Collaborative veterans may obtain expert advice and counseling on how to obtain benefits to which they may be entitled, and perhaps even those benefits to which they were unaware that they could access.
